Comcast changed this woman's name to "Super Bitch" just for asking questions about her bill.

Getting your Cable bill is already hard enough, given that most of us pay way too much for terrible service. But to add insult to injury, Comcast recently sent a Chicago-area woman a bill addressed to "Super B*tch" Bauer, after she had to call them several times, first because her Cable service kept failing and then because her paper bills stopped arriving.

Bauer, a nice older woman who is welcoming to all, was deeply offended.

"This is a disgrace to me ... Why are they doing this to me when I pay my bills? I do not deserve this ... I'm not gonna open this bill either," Bauer told the local news. "Not until they send me a new bill with my name on it, Mary. And I'm not gonna be quiet about Comcast."

We agree with Mary Bauer that she does not deserve to be treated this way. No one does. But we don't think Comcast should send her a bill. They were busted just a few weeks ago for insulting other customers in similar ways, by changing the names on their bills to "Asshole," "Dummy," and even "Whore."

It's outrageous for a corporation like Comcast to be attacking their customers with offensive, and frankly misogynist insults. "Sorry" isn't good enough. Let's hold Comcast accountable by demanding they put their money where their mouth is, and offer Mary Bauer free Cable service for life. It's the least they can do. If enough people speak out, Comcast will have to respond, and then maybe they'll do something about the heartless corporate culture that led to this mess.
